What are the typical results?

All plans are designed for a health and benefits. You can expect fat loss, increased energy, lowered cholesterol, stabilized blood pressure, more energy, increased mental clarity and improved sleep and immune function. For more information on a specific goal please review our individual plans.

What types of ingredients are used?

We use the finest, freshest ingredients in every meal: lean, hormone and chemical-free meat and seafood products, farm fresh dairy, fruits and vegetables, and whole wheat, low-carb grains. Clients may eliminate any ingredients they don’t like through the Client Panel.

How is the food delivered?

Each individual meal is delivered “ready to eat “ in a microwave-safe container and then the order is placed in a well insulated cooler bag along with 8-10 ice packs. The cooler bag is typically left at your door the evening prior to the upcoming 2-3 days of meals. The meals will keep temperature well into the next morning, but need to be refrigerated by 9 AM. You simply place the empty cooler bag and ice packs out on your next scheduled delivery for our drive team to retrieve.

How often and what time are deliveries made?

Deliveries are made every Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday evening between 4:30 PM and 1 AM for the meals intended for the following 2-3 days. Sunday Evening – Monday & Tuesday meals Tuesday Evening – Wednesday & Thursday meals Thursday Evening – Friday, Saturday & Sunday meals.

Is there a minimum commitment length or order size?

There is no commitment. Your program is week to week to provide you with themost flexibility as possible. If your schedule changes frequently we can adjust your program to meet your needs. The minimum order for one scheduled delivery (2-3 days of meals) is $19.99.

How do you design and portion my menu?

Based on your profile information (height, weight activity level, goals) and program of choice we calculate your caloric intake broken up over three meals and two snacks per day. Then according to your desired schedule and ingredient dislikes we design and plan a personalized menu for the upcoming month that you can view and manage through your Client Panel.

Can I request specific calories or guidelines for my program?

We are always happy to make any accommodations for specific requests. If you have had success with specific guidelines or you are working with a health professional we can design a program to meet your needs.

Can I choose my meals?

By logging in to your Client Panel you can change your scheduled program, select from a wide range of available menu options, and can update your preferences and personal information. You can also contact your assigned client care representative by phone or email to have them process the changes for you. Please make changes 48 hours prior to your next scheduled delivery. Your account is a set to automatically renew on a weekly basis. Your billing information will be processed every Saturday at 12:00 AM for the upcoming week. If you need to make any changes please submit or notify us 48 hours prior to the next scheduled delivery. Please request all changes by 48 hours prior to next scheduled delivery day. How does the billing work?

Your account is a set to automatically renew on a weekly basis. Your billing information will be processed every Saturday at 12:00 AM for the upcoming week.If you need to make any changes please submit or notify us 48 hours prior to the next scheduled delivery. Do I need to reheat the meals? Are there reheating instructions?

All the meals are cooked ready to eat. Most breakfast and Dinner items are better heated up. Lunches are designed to be more on the go friendly and are less likely to need reheating. Heating options: 1- Microwave 1-3 minutes 2- Preheat oven and place meal in a oven friendly dish at 350 degrees for 5-10 min.
